The psychedelic duo Silvermouse has released their 73-minute live recorded psycho-spiritual album, Beyond, this Nov 15. The album has 8 tracks that coalesce live electronica and live instrumental elements. They are further tuned to Monroe Sound Science signals to create frequencies of the color blue. Silvermouse, known for their manifestation of an altered state of consciousness, has done it again with their latest album, recorded live at the Earthship in Aguada, Puerto Rico.
The album unfolds with “Druids Rising” which has engulfing and immersive synth waves spanning 12 minutes. These glitzy waves, with sharp edges, gradually build, accompanied by propulsive beats reminiscent of heavy animal hooves marching towards you. Melodic guitars and robotic flourishes create an unnerving yet entrancing jungly atmosphere. The unpredictability of the music adds an element of spontaneity, transporting the listener to uncharted territories of sound.
As the sonic journey progresses, each track offers a unique landscape of sound, seamlessly transitioning from one dimension to another. The final track, “Brew 42,” provides a gentle descent from the album’s sonic peaks. Starting with glitchy undercurrents and glimmery musical layers, the song evolves into a soft and peaceful ambient piece. The glitchy beats and dreamy guitar tunes create a serene soundscape, offering a tranquil conclusion to the psycho-spiritual expedition.
Beyond by Silvermouse is your sonic pilgrimage into astral fields. For those seeking a transformative musical experience that goes beyond the conventional, Beyond is your solution.
